ACCESS CONTROL
We are pleased to offer an array of access control solutions from standalone systems to IP PC based or integrated services. We can work with you in specifying an access control system to meet and even exceed your requirements using pin entry, proximity card/fob, smartphone, biometric or face recognition terminals and wireless door handle technology. We can also assist in updating your current systems by adding any of the following to your controlled access requirements such as, Intercoms, Vehicle barriers and road systems, Speed lanes and Number plate recognition.
CCTV
Our CCTV design solutions offer many benefits to our customers which can assist in reducing or preventing theft, monitor safe working, managing day to day working, reducing potential false liability claims, remote monitoring of your property, reducing incident search times, protect your premises, assets and business continuity.
We can also assist your business’s health and safety requirements by installing cameras in infrequently used areas that have the capability of sending a location alert if loud noises or movement is detected, this can also incorporate a flood detection system to protect the premises or materials from water damage.
We install high definition (HD) cameras over IP networks using CAT5/6 cabling this could be on a standalone or corporate network. We can also offer HD over existing coaxial systems.
If existing infrastructure is a concern, wireless technology can assist in image transmission.
Our customers have the ability to view their systems via smartphone, standalone computer or controlled video wall solutions for larger scale systems.
DOOR ENTRY & INTERCOM SYSTEMS
We offer a complete and cost-effective service for commercial, industrial, and high security applications of any size. We also offer a range of maintenance contracts.
Sight and Sound Services Ltd only install door entry systems from leading manufacturers to ensure quality and longevity. Bespoke and vandal resistant systems can be designed to meet our customers exact requirements.
There are a number of options when the need comes to consider upgrading your existing door entry system and we can provide technical advice and competitive quotes.
INTRUDER DETECTION
We can design and install an intruder alarm system to fit any residential or commercial space whether securing multi-tenancy buildings or controlling staff access. We can tailor the ideal solution to meet your needs using the latest industry technology from leading manufacturers.
Sight and Sound Services Ltd can also integrate your intruder alarm system with your access control and CCTV systems. Allowing you to set and unset your alarm whilst accessing doors, with a single proximity device.
FIRE
Fire protection is invaluable when it comes to protecting premises or life. Therefore prior to specifying the design for a fire alarm, it is important to have a fire risk assessment completed. This risk assessment will evaluate the risk and the level of detection required for your site. If you already have a Fire risk assessment, we can assist you in understanding its requirements and working alongside you in designing, installing, and maintaining a fully compliant system.
Our operatives are fully trained via FIA industry courses, we can also assist in carrying out verification of previously installed systems and completing upgrades as required.
There are two types of fire detection systems, that we offer conventional and analogue addressable systems.
We can also install wireless fire detection systems where issues arise from the properties listed status or minimal disruption to the building or business is required.
All of our designed and installed systems comply fully with all current legislation and are accompanied by a BAFE certificate of conformity, Zone diagrams, as installed schematics, and premises Logbook.
Our fir refuge systems are designed to meet the requirements for BS 5839 disabled refuge. This is to provide safe places for persons who cannot easily use the fire escape routes to call and await assistance.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
We maintain most makes and models of existing security systems, access control, CCTV, Fire detection and door entry systems.
Whilst we can provide an annual service charge many of our Customers prefer to pay over the course of the contract term via either monthly or six-monthly payments.
All of our maintenance service agreements provide you with NSI Gold standard levels which qualify for insurance approval.
We also offer an out of hours emergency call out team to provide peace of mind to our customers, this includes: -
365 Days support service 4 Hour Emergency Reactive Response Times (Out of Hours) 24 Hour Manned Service Line 365 days per year
Our reactive team are on hand to carry out any repairs, and deal with issues as they arise.
The office team will ensure that all work reports, scheduled maintenances, and quote requests are dealt with in a timely and friendly manner.
COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN (CAD)
Sight & Sound ltd dedicated CAD team that are experienced in both the engineering and construction industry, producing 2D and 3D schematics to reflect the needs of our clients.
All works carried out consist of both design and as fitted schematics, to ensure all projects are compliant with current legislation and client requirements.
