Sight and Sound Services Ltd have always believed in offering our customers a quality service. When the company started trading n 2019, we became inspected by the SSAIB. In 2020 we passed entrance with the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) NACOSS Level and achieved Gold Standard.
We also hold the quality approved Status BS EN ISO 2015. Our NSI Gold level is the highest quality across the industry and is often considered the number one standard by the police, fire and rescue services and insurers.
NSI Gold ensures all our staff have been thoroughly security vetted. We are rigorously inspected twice a year on our quality of installations and internal management system, along with audits to ensure we maintain standards. We also maintain specialist security contract covers which mean we operate a 24 hour call out service with 4-hour emergency response subject to your type of system.
Sight and Sound Services Ltd have also achieved BAFE certification for Fire detection and alarm system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
